Stewed spine with dried cowpeas
Overview
This dried cowpea was brought over by my relatives in the countryside when I was pregnant with my baby last year. They grew it themselves and dried the tender ones. They are almost a year old and they are really durable. My mother kept them very well. When it is hot and I sweat a lot, I need to stew some soup to replenish my energy. I have fallen in love with soup since I was pregnant. Now I can stew a big pot of it between 30 and 50 years old, and I can drink two big bowls with the air conditioner on. Dried cowpeas can strengthen the spleen and nourish the spleen, replenish qi, detoxify, lower blood fat, drive away cold, burn fat, and lower cholesterol
