Cut the carrots into whatever shape you like, blanch them in water, rinse them in cold water and set aside

Soak the fungus and set aside small pieces

Boil the konjac knots. The water is the water after blanching the carrots...drain the konjac knots into cold water and set aside

Put oil in the pot and add peppercorns. If there are green onions, that’s fine, I’ll make do

Add konjac knots and stir-fry

Add carrots, fungus, various seasonings, stir-fry~and then it’s out of the pot~
