Prepare materials for later use

Don’t throw away the soup used to cook the chicken legs, keep it for adding to the soup

Stir-fried vegetables in hot oil pan

Tear the chicken legs into pieces, throw the bones into the pot, add cooking wine and stir-fry for a while
