Wash the cabbage and cut into large pieces.

Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Wash the fried tofu and cut it in half. Soak the vermicelli in hot water until soft.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add pork belly and stir-fry until brown and oily.

Pour in cooking wine and light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add cabbage and stir-fry until cabbage becomes soft and watery.

Add hot water and boil for a while. When the cabbage is almost cooked and soft, add the soaked vermicelli and fried tofu.

Finally, add salt, drop a few drops of vinegar, and top with minced green garlic.
