Okra, fresh lily and lean meat soup
Overview
Okra is rich in nutrients and can be cooked in various ways, but its properties are cold. Compared with dried lilies, fresh lilies are better at clearing away lung heat and moisturizing the intestines and laxative. Combining the two vegetables together is very helpful in replenishing and locking body water and improving digestive function.

Have materials ready.

Slice the lean meat, add some starch, light soy sauce and oil to marinate slightly.

Blanch the okra first and then cut into sections.

Break open the fresh lilies and wash them; beat the salted eggs in a bowl.

Add about 1200ml of water to the pot, add the lean pork slices and shredded ginger, bring to a boil and skim off the foam.
