Since I cooked tomato and egg soup twice last time, the younger one in the family really likes it.

Prepare the required ingredients, cut the tomatoes into small pieces, beat the eggs, wash the green vegetables, chop the chive leaves, and cut the white chives into small sections.

Heat the pan with cold oil, heat the oil, stir-fry the green onion until fragrant, stir-fry the tomato cubes to draw out the juice, add a small amount of tomato paste and stir-fry evenly, then add an appropriate amount of water.

After the water boils, add wontons and cook until wontons float to the surface. Add the lettuce and cook until the water boils again, then add the beaten eggs. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste.

Sprinkle a small amount of chopped green onion into the noodle soup bowl.
