Braised quail eggs
Overview
Quail eggs can replenish qi, nourish blood, and moisturize the skin; cinnamon can warm the body and dispel cold; wolfberry has the effects of replenishing energy, improving eyesight, and moisturizing the lungs. So every few days, I cook a small pot of braised quail eggs, and the whole family loves it. 😊

Wash the quail eggs and cook them in a pot

After boiling over high heat for ten minutes, add tea leaves and wolfberry, test the saltiness, and add an appropriate amount of salt

Simmer over medium heat for twenty minutes until the egg whites turn brown. Turn off the heat and simmer in the pot for half an hour to absorb the flavor. I cooked it at noon and served it out in the evening when I got back from get off work.
