Boil the water in the pot and add the vermicelli.

Boil the vermicelli until soft and translucent, then add an egg into it.

Turn to low heat and simmer the eggs.

Add salt and pepper.

Season with a little light soy sauce.

Add bamboo shoot leaves.

Finally, pour the chili oil (if you don’t like spicy food, use other oil)
