Brown sugar buckwheat steamed buns
Overview
You can see all kinds of fancy steamed buns in the market, but the steamed buns bought outside are all very sweet. I guess a lot of things have been added to increase the taste. If you do it at home, you don’t have to worry about these problems, and you can enjoy the fun of doing it yourself! I made multigrain steamed buns today. Buckwheat can lower blood pressure and is good for the elderly at home!
