Overview
King oyster mushroom is so named because it tastes like almonds and tastes like king oyster mushroom. Pleurotus eryngii can be roasted, stewed or boiled. A more delicious way is to fry it. Slice king oyster mushrooms into thin slices.

Preheat the frying pan, brush it with oil and add the mushroom slices.
