Claypot Rice with Double Mix of Cured Meat
Overview
During the Chinese New Year, I stuffed my own Cantonese sausages and soy sauce meat, and kept them in the refrigerator. I made this claypot rice for my last meal. I regretted that I shouldn’t have arranged it this way. I wanted to eat more ingredients but had to make more next time! !

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash the rice and soak it in water for half an hour.

Sausages and bacon are steamed first.

Then cut the sausage and bacon into thin slices, add steamed fish soy sauce and white sugar to the soup in the steamed meat plate, mix well and set aside.

Bring the soaked rice to a boil and simmer the rice soup over medium heat.

Layer the sausage slices and bacon slices.

Pour sesame oil into the pot and continue cooking over medium-low heat for 3 to 5 minutes.

Then crack an egg in the middle and continue to cover the pot, turn off the heat and simmer for about 2 minutes.

Stir-fry the lettuce in a pan until it changes color and set aside.

Just spread it on the cooked rice and then pour the prepared sauce over it and mix well. .
