When I was bored at home, I made dough and learned how to make rose flower steamed buns. The first time I made it, the shape was not perfect, but my kids liked it. Just have fun

  1. Cut purple radish into pieces.

  2. Add appropriate amount of water to squeeze into juice, then filter and extract the juice.

  3. Knead 100 grams of flour with warm water and add two grams of yeast to it.

  4. Knead the remaining 100 grams of flour with purple radish juice, add two grams of yeast to it, cover both doughs with plastic wrap, and let them rise for 30 minutes.

  5. Take out both the white and pink dough, divide each dough into 15 equal portions, then reunite and set aside.

  6. Shape each piece of dough into a round shape with a thick center and thin edges.

  8. Take a bamboo skewer and press it down in the middle of the dough.

  9. Then roll the dough up from left to right and cut in the middle of the dough.

  10. Tighten the bottom of the dough and arrange the flowers.

  11. Place in a steamer and let rise until 15 times in size.

  12. Turn on the steamer and steam for 12 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for another two minutes.
