Orange Juice Tofu
Overview
The braised tofu I shared with you last time has a pretty good collection rate, which gives me more motivation. I tasted this dish in a restaurant when I was traveling last time. I thought it was quite good. The tofu was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the orange juice was sour and sweet. So I went home to think about it and after trying it successfully, I shared it with everyone~
