Pick and wash the green vegetables, cut them into sections and put them into a juicer to squeeze them into green vegetable juice and set aside!

Put an appropriate amount of flour in the basin, beat in two egg whites, add a little salt, slowly add the squeezed vegetable juice to the flour, stir while pouring the vegetable juice, then knead it into a dough, and let it sit for 30 minutes!

Knead the rested dough until it is smooth repeatedly, then roll it into thin slices with a rolling pin. Sprinkle flour while rolling, and roll it to a suitable thickness. Use a knife to cut it into noodles of the same thickness. Put water in a pot and boil it. Add the noodles and cook for about 5 to 8 minutes. Take them out!
