Cold Northeastern Fried Skin
Overview
I saw Northeastern Dry Skin Fried Rice at an exhibition in our city. Since I had eaten this dish in a restaurant, I bought a pack to try it, and my family liked it.

Wash carrots and cucumbers, and peel cucumbers.

This is dry skin care. Soak it in warm water for half an hour. Boil a pot of water and add the ramekins until cooked through (no hard core). Rinse away mucus with cool boiled water.

Grate the carrots into shreds with a plane.

The cucumber is also grated into shreds.

Boil the shredded carrots in cold water.

Put shredded carrots and cucumbers on top of the peel. In another small bowl, add sesame paste and dissolve it with warm water, then add salt, soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar.

Pour the prepared sauce onto the ramekin, mix well, and sprinkle with chopped green onion and white sesame seeds.
