Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
Clean the chive flowers, cut into small sections, and slice the peppers. This chili is not spicy. In order to enrich the dish, if you like spicy food, you can add a few millet chilies or dried chili peppers.
-
Heat oil in a hot pan, add green onions and chilies and stir-fry until fragrant.
-
Add the chive flowers and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
-
Stir-fry shrimps for 3 minutes.
-
Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
-
Before serving, drain the juice slightly and add a small amount of salt to taste. The light soy sauce and oyster sauce already have flavor, so add less or no salt. The river prawns are relatively fresh, so no chicken essence is added.
-
Plate. The river prawns I bought today have seeds, and some have yellow paste on their heads. One bite is very delicious. There is a sharp spine on the head of the river shrimp, so be careful when eating it, especially children.
