Overview
The delicious squid is extremely simple to make. You only need an oven, but a little trick is to wrap it in tin foil so that it won’t dry out when baked

Prepare materials

Wash the squid, remove the internal organs, peel off the dark skin on the body, cut the squid into sections, and then draw marks

Wash, peel and slice the ginger, then cut it into shreds

Add the auxiliary ingredients light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, fermented bean curd, olive oil and shredded ginger to the squid and marinate for 30 minutes

Cover with plastic wrap

Spread tin foil on a baking sheet, take out the marinated squid and place it on the baking sheet

Completely wrap the squid in tin foil (to prevent it from being burned) and place it in the preheated oven, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes
