Scallion Sausage Bread
Overview
When baking this bread, the whole house is really filled with green onions. I used black pepper sausage and it tastes great!

Steps
-
The first step is to add the ingredients into the bucket of the bread machine step by step. My lazy way is to put the bread bucket directly on the scale, without weighing individual ingredients, and without wasting materials
-
Add milk first
-
Add an egg and add the liquid first so that the bread machine can mix evenly without being blocked
-
Add some corn oil, salt in one corner and sugar in the other corner
-
Add the powder and be sure to cover all the liquid
-
Be sure to remember to add yeast, otherwise it will not ferment
-
Put it in the bread machine and lock it
-
Close the lid. Select program four and start!
-
Twenty minutes later, I opened the lid and took a peek. There was a lot of water but not too much, so I continued to let the bread machine work without any worries.
-
When the program ended with an hour left, I rolled out the dough. After kneading it for a few times, I divided it into several lumps, ready for shaping!
-
Chop green onions. Add 2g salt and 5g corn oil, stir and set aside
-
First use a rolling pin to shape into pieces as long as the sausage
-
Then wrap the sausage and close the opening
-
Then cut it and pull it to one side, then cut it and pull it to the other side. Remember that the cuts must be even, and the sausage must be cut off without cutting off the dough below.
-
What if the last piece of sausage is not cut into pieces? Turn the sausage around like in the picture below. It looks great!
-
Then stack them up, brush with egg wash, and add chopped green onion. There is a sesame one with red beans wrapped in it. Since I only bought 7 sausages, I made a sweet one
-
It was just time to eat before I baked, so I ate for half an hour and let the dough rest. After eating, I come back and preheat the oven to 185 degrees. When it's hot, I put it in and bake it for 20 minutes. Everyone must control the temperature of the oven by themselves! !
