Take another dry bowl, add an appropriate amount of minced red pepper, white sesame seeds, a small amount of white sugar, and salt to the bottom, put the dried fish in it, return the oil you just reserved to the pot, heat it, and pour it into the bowl with the small fish. If you want the flavor to be stronger, you can add some Laoganma Oil Trichosanthes.
