Steps
-
Combine all the bread ingredients except butter in a bowl and stir until smooth.
-
Put it into the bread machine and start the first dough mixing program for 13 minutes.
-
At the end of the program, knead the dough until it is smooth and a rough and thick film can be pulled out, and add softened butter.
-
Start the second dough mixing program of the bread machine. After 13 minutes, the program ends. A small piece of slightly transparent film that is not easy to break can be pulled out of the dough.
-
Place in a basin to ferment until doubled in size.
-
Take out the dough, sprinkle with dry flour to prevent sticking, knead the dough, remove the air, and rest for 10 minutes.
-
Roll the dough into a square piece, about 8 mm thick.
-
Use a donut mold to press out rings to form donut greens. Knead the edges of the dough into a ball again, roll it out and press it into a round shape, and repeat the process completely.
-
Line with greaseproof paper to prevent sticking, and place on a baking sheet for secondary fermentation.
-
The second fermentation of the donuts is completed. Heat a frying pan, add salad oil, add donut embryos and fry until one side is golden brown. Flip over.
-
Fry until both sides of the donuts are golden brown, remove and cool completely.
-
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over water until it becomes thicker, add a little milk and mix well to form chocolate sauce.
-
Put the chocolate sauce into a piping bag, cut a small opening, pipe the chocolate sauce on the donut, and sprinkle with appropriate amount of colored beads for decoration.
