Wash and cut the duck meat into pieces, put it in a pot and boil it for 10 minutes to remove the oil and smell.

After boiling, remove from the pan, add soy sauce, salt, olive oil, minced onion and garlic and marinate for about 30 minutes.

Add oil to a dry pan and sauté dry red pepper until fragrant.

Put the marinated duck meat into the pot and stir-fry over high heat until the meat turns yellow.

Pour in the beer and add a small amount of cinnamon and cloves. Boil over high heat for 5 minutes.

Open the pot, add green and red peppers and turn to low heat for about 30 minutes. Remove the juice over high heat.

Remove from the pan, place on a plate, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
