Coconut pattern bread
Overview
Homemade coconut pattern bread has a soft texture and rich coconut flavor. It has a unique flavor as an after-dinner snack or afternoon tea, and is not inferior to takeout.

Steps
-
Add all ingredients to the bread machine to knead the dough and let it rise.
-
Take out the fermented dough and knead until even.
-
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and roll 1 piece into a round shape.
-
Place filling in bowl.
-
Mix until even.
-
Spread the filling evenly on the round dough and cut into 6 pieces.
-
Cross and overlap the cut pieces into a pattern.
-
Then stand it up and press the tip with chopsticks. Do the same on the other side, and a beautiful patterned bread dough is ready.
-
Make the bread dough in sequence. The first (front left) bread dough has obviously fermented twice.
-
For the secondary fermented coconut pattern bread dough, preheat the oven to 150 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
-
Place in the middle and lower racks of the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes. Cover with oil or tin foil to prevent scorching.
-
The baked coconut pattern bread is fragrant. I only made 3 coconut-filled breads. If your family members don’t eat coconut filling, you can increase or decrease the fillings as needed.
-
The bread with coconut filling is rich in coconut aroma, soft, sweet and beautiful in appearance.

Self-recipe coconut flower bread, the taste is no less than take-out bread.
