Steps

  1. Wash the amaranth and chop slightly.

  2. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and sauté the shrimp until fragrant.

  3. Add amaranth and stir-fry with appropriate amount of salt.

  4. Add 1 bowl of rice and stir-fry.

  5. Add appropriate amount of pepper and salt and stir-fry.

  6. Then add the onions and stir-fry until done.

  7. Fried rice.

  8. Take a plum blossom mold, fill it with fried rice and compact it, invert it onto a plate.

  9. Finished product. (Tips: The amount of rice is 1 bowl, and the weight is approximate. You can also add an appropriate amount of sesame oil and chicken powder when frying the rice)
