Overview

My son loves to eat sushi, but the ones bought from outside are expensive and don’t have enough ingredients, so I make them at home.

Steps

  1. Cut the carrots, cucumbers and ham into thin strips and set aside. Take out the large roots directly.

  2. Flatten the sushi rolling tool, take out a piece of seaweed, and spread the rice mixed with sushi vinegar on top of the seaweed. The rice must be cooled before mixing with sushi vinegar. Then add cucumbers, ham sausages, carrots, large roots, salad dressing, and meat floss.

  3. It’s ready to be rolled, and then cut with a knife. The knife needs to be dipped in water to cut.
