Piglet Steamed Egg
Overview
There was a little salmon left at home, so I just didn’t want to waste it. After spending an extra minute to think about it, the steamed egg had a cute transformation. The child screamed in surprise when he saw it, saying that he would eat eggs like this next time. Salmon can be replaced with home-made ham and colorful fruits and vegetables, such as carrots, cucumbers, cantaloupe, dragon fruit, etc. The same goes for placing them after steaming. Don’t underestimate these three pieces. With these embellishments in a restaurant, the price of steamed eggs will at least double. You can easily make this cute and delicious food at home

Ingredients
Steps
-
Crack the eggs into the bowl. The eggs must be fresh.
-
We use boiling water to add water to the eggs. Yes, you read it right, it is boiling water that has just been boiled. The amount of water is about one to one and a half times that of the eggs.
-
Add enough salt to the eggs at one time and don't make them too salty for your baby.
-
Beat the eggs first.
-
Then stir the eggs quickly while slowly adding boiling water. The eggs after adding the boiling water completely did not turn into egg droplets, but there were a lot of foam
-
The foam must be removed, otherwise the finished egg custard will have many holes, which will affect its appearance. We prepare such a sieve for filtering.
-
Pass the eggs through a sieve and strain twice if there is too much foam.
-
Steam in a pot with cold water. After the water boils, steam over medium heat for 7 minutes. The time for steaming the eggs should be increased or decreased appropriately according to the size of the eggs and the depth of the container. Cover the lid while steaming. I used a plate. If you don’t have a suitable one, you can cover it with plastic wrap.
-
While the eggs are steaming, we cut the salmon into two triangles and an oval. The same goes for fruits and vegetables, just cut them into shapes.
-
After 7 minutes, open the lid, put the salmon in, and steam it for another 30 seconds. Salmon can be eaten raw, but children don’t like the taste of raw food. It tastes better if it is slightly cooked.
