Overview

This is the first time I made matcha cream sauce. I used Japanese matcha powder that is half Wakatake and half Aolan. It tastes very good and I feel like it can be spread on bread or reprocessed into fillings!

  4. Put another 200ML milk into another pot and heat

  7. I reduced the amount of sugar and added some white chocolate

  9. Until thick and light yellow
