Add 50g each of flour and mung bean noodles into the bowl

Add 200g water to make a paste

Mix the mung bean paste and add 2 eggs

Add eggs and mix well

Add appropriate amount of salt and mix thoroughly

Heat a pan, add a small amount of oil, pour 1 ladle of batter into a round shape with a spatula

Fry over medium heat until solid and then turn over

Fry until golden brown on both sides
