Add milk, cinnamon and lemon zest to a saucepan and bring to a boil

Add corn starch and 80 grams of fine sugar to the egg yolks and stir (foreigners use 100 grams of sugar as the main ingredient. I don’t like it too sweet, so I reduced the sweetness)

Strain the milk after boiling

Pour the filtered milk back into the saucepan and add the stirred egg yolk liquid

Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until thickened

It should be about this consistency (or it can be thinner)

Pour into a cup, let cool, then refrigerate for at least two hours

Sprinkle a little brown sugar on the chilled custard

Use a gun to spray for a few seconds until the color changes
