  1. Wash the shepherd's purse and soak in water for 20 minutes

  2. Boil water in a pot (add a few drops of cooking oil)

  3. Pour it under cold water and squeeze out the water (be sure to squeeze out the water)

  4. Pour into a container, add three eggs, pepper, one-third teaspoon of salt, season and mix thoroughly and set aside
