Although it is located inland, fresh crucian carp is often available. Every year, my brother catches some wild crucian carp and gives it to me to make soup. The fresh crucian carp is stewed over high fire, and the soup is milky white, fresh and fragrant! Delicious! I feel like my life is complete, haha!
