Fermented bean curd and scallion pancakes
Overview
The pancakes have a salty flavor, the unique taste of fermented bean curd, and the aroma of chopped green onion. The aroma is already fragrant even before it comes out of the pan. You don’t need to pair it with any other dishes, just eat it directly.
