Steps
-
The main ingredients are just these, potatoes, beans, corn, and hairtail fish. The hairtail fish was fried the day before.
-
Process the ingredients, peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into strips, pick and wash the beans and cut them diagonally into strips, wash and cut the corn into small pieces, and prepare the auxiliary ingredients of onions, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and star anise (if there are no onions, don’t add them. If there is no Sichuan peppercorns, use Sichuan peppercorns instead).
-
Heat the oil in the pan, add onion, ginger, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant. Add hairtail, potatoes, beans, and corn in turn. Stir-fry for a while. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir-fry evenly (add the cooking wine after adding the hairtail).
-
Add an appropriate amount of water (just enough to cover it, preferably boiling water) and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat until the soup is thick.
-
Just add salt and MSG to taste before serving.
