Stir-fried spinach stalks with bacon
Overview
I have always disliked baby spinach, preferring big spinach that grows into a stem. The kind that want to bloom are not good, they are too old. Pick off the leaves and stir-fry the meat with spinach stalks, it's called fragrant.
