Cut the beef into thin slices, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and water starch, mix well, add a spoonful of vegetable oil, mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Wash the corn shoots, onions and cucumbers and set aside.

Cut the vegetables into slices.

Heat oil in a pan, add beef and stir-fry until it changes color and serve.
