Nanjing is known as the duck capital, and Nanjing people are famous for their love of duck; no matter how it is cooked, everyone loves to eat duck meat; the most common are salted duck, Nanjing roast duck, duck blood vermicelli soup, duck four-pieces, etc. My family is like this too. I love duck very much. So I marinated the duck breast with Orleans barbecue powder and roasted it in the air fryer. I was very satisfied with the taste and color~~~
