Wash the king oyster mushrooms and set aside; there are many ways to make king oyster mushrooms, and the hand-shredded ones taste great, a bit like pork belly; you might as well try it;

Put the washed king oyster mushrooms into a steamer and steam over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes; if you are not sure about the time, use chopsticks to insert the king oyster mushrooms, as long as they can pass through easily;
