Durian Pizza

In the season when durians are ripe, for durian lovers, it would be a shame if you don’t eat more. The homemade durian pizza with a thick layer of durian on it is really addictive!

Knead all the pizza dough ingredients except durian and cheese with a bread machine until the dough expands and the film can be pulled apart. About 40 minutes.

Place the dough in the bread machine and start the fermentation process for 1 hour. Dip your finger in flour and insert it into the hole until it doesn't shrink back.

You can prepare durian while making dough. Remove the veggies from the durian and remove the flesh

Use a spoon to mash it.

Take the dough out and use a rolling pin to squeeze out the air. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

Use a rolling pin to roll the relaxed dough into a round shape and place it on the baking sheet. Use your hands to help press the sides of the dough a little higher.

Poke some small holes in the dough with a fork. Prevent the bottom of the cake from swelling when baking. Brush the surface with vegetable oil.

Sprinkle a small amount of mozzarella cheese, about 20 grams

Apply a thick layer of durian

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top

After preheating the oven to 200 degrees, heat the upper and lower tubes, and bake for 20 minutes before taking it out of the oven.
