Noodles are ready.

Add a little salt to the eggs and beat them; slice the ham into slices; wash the gourds.

Put an appropriate amount of water in the soup pot, bring to a boil over high heat, add the noodles and cook until they are almost cooked. (Add water 2-3 times during the process.)

Add ham sausage and chard and cook briefly.

After adding the salt, put it into a bowl.

Add remaining seasonings and mix well.

Heat the wok and add vegetable oil.

Pour in an appropriate amount of egg liquid, spread it out, and fry until both sides are golden brown.

Place the omelette into the noodle bowl and finish.
