Overview

It’s a modified version of Mushu Pork. There is no meat and eggs are used instead. I don’t like fried cucumbers, so I didn’t add them.

Steps

  1. I soaked fungus and day lily together to save trouble. After soaking, drain the water.

  2. Stir the eggs evenly, add to the pan, fry until cooked, and serve.

  3. Slice the garlic, sauté in a pan until fragrant, add light soy sauce and cook until fragrant. Add fungus and day lily and stir-fry.

  4. Add eggs and stir fry together, add salt.

  5. Add sesame oil to enhance aroma and remove from pan.
