Steps
-
Cut the mutton into small pieces, wash it, add cold water, put a few slices of ginger, and pour a small amount of white wine, boil it, skim off the blood foam, and wash it with clean water
-
Prepare ingredients during this period
-
Because it’s too troublesome, I just use a casserole to remove the oil
-
Add ingredients and stir-fry
-
Add the washed mutton, stir-fry, add dark soy sauce to adjust the color, and continue to stir-fry for two minutes
-
Add water to cover the mutton, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer for 20 minutes
-
During this period, prepare the white radish, cut it into pieces, soak it in salted boiling water to remove the astringency, then remove it and set aside. After stewing the mutton for 20 minutes, add the radish cubes, add an appropriate amount of salt, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Finally, reduce the juice over high heat, turn off the heat and simmer for ten minutes
-
Finally, put it on the plate and sprinkle with chopped green onion. The mutton is soft and delicious. It is a very successful dish🥳
