Mix powdered sugar, salt and milk evenly.

Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature, ready to be whipped.

Whip the butter until the butter is fully mixed with air, becomes larger in volume, and becomes lighter in color.

During the whipping process, pour the liquid in step 1 in three times. Beat until even and smooth after each addition.

Sift in flour and cornstarch.

Cut and mix evenly.

Roll into small balls, place on the baking sheet, press in the middle with your index finger, and place a dried cranberry on top.

Put it in the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 175 degrees for 26 minutes.

Let cool and serve on a plate.
