  1. Pour eggs, oil, sugar, salt and milk into a basin

  2. Beat well with a hand mixer

  3. Add white sesame seeds and flour. Stir into floc and knead into a ball with your hands

  4. The dough should be kneaded smooth and moderately soft and hard. Cover with a damp cloth and wake up for half an hour.

  5. Divide the dough into small pieces of about 10 grams, roll into long strips and continue to rise for 10 minutes.

  6. Take a piece of dough and roll it into a long thin strip with your hands.

  7. Fold both ends in half

  8. Pinch one end and rub the other end in one direction.

  9. Then fold the two ends in half, release the tension and twist it into a natural twist

  10. Just pinch the closing end tightly.

  11. Make the remaining dough in sequence and cover with plastic wrap.

  12. Heat the oil pan until 6 mature

  13. Carefully add the twist embryos one by one and fry slowly over low heat.

  14. Fry until golden brown, take out and use kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

  15. The twists are not crispy when they are freshly fried. It will become crispy only when it is completely cold! Store cold twists in an airtight container to prevent them from softening.
