This is the first time I have made a cake. I usually don’t make duplicate cakes, so there are pictures, which are not very detailed.

Have all materials ready

Prepare all the ingredients. Add 30 grams of white sugar to the egg whites. Do not beat the egg yolks. Mix evenly

Add 40 grams of salad oil and milk in 3 portions

Add the sifted cake flour and stir evenly without making circles

Add the egg white paste to the egg yolk paste in 3 batches, without making circles, stir up and down, and mix evenly

Pour the mixed cake batter into the mold

Put in the oven at 170 degrees for about an hour

Slice the cake, spread the cream on it and put it on top of the cake slices with mango

Put the chocolate in the microwave for two minutes, put it in a bowl, put it in the refrigerator, scrape the chocolate with a spatula, and decorate
