Stir-fried shredded papaya
Overview
I couldn't use up a large papaya to make soup, so the remaining half was made into a stir-fry. It had a slightly sweet texture and was moderately soft and hard. The kind that's neither crispy nor mushy. I don’t like the taste very much, but Xiaobao said that he has never tasted such delicious papaya. I asked to eat this dish the next day, but the papaya had already been digested hehe~~
