I have loved eating meat since I was pregnant. After giving birth to a baby, I have to eat meat and vegetables in order to have a balanced nutrition. In fact, I am still a vegetarian at heart! Vegetarian food is easy to make and delicious

Soak and cut yuba and fungus

Mince garlic, slice green pepper and carrot

Soak the broccoli in salt water and wash it. Add oil and salt to the water to keep the color green

Sauté minced garlic in oil pan, add green pepper and carrot and stir-fry

Put the yuba and fungus sausage, salt, fresh vegetables and steamed fish with soy sauce

Put the watered broccoli in. If the pot is too dry, add some water
