Wash the kidney beans, break into sections and set aside.

Dice the green onion, smash the garlic, and slice the bacon thinly (I have limited cutting skills, so it’s not thin enough, hehehehe)

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic.

Add the kidney beans and stir-fry for a few times, adding salt to taste.

Stir-fry the kidney beans until they change color, add a little boiling water and cook until cooked. Remove from the pan.

Without oil in the pan, add the sliced bacon.

Fry for a few times until slightly oily.

Add a little water and pour in the remaining water from the fried kidney beans.

Cook over medium heat for a while, add the green onions to reduce the juice.

Pour in the fried kidney beans and stir-fry evenly. Remove from the pan.
