  1. Soak the fungus in hot water and cut into cubes. Blanch mushrooms, cool and dice. Dice the pork, grate the cucumber, and chop some green onion and set aside.

  2. While preparing the ingredients, boil water to cook the noodles, cool them down and set aside.

  3. Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and stir-fry the diced pork over high heat, add lard to melt, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant, add diced mushrooms and fungus and stir-fry, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and pepper powder and stir-fry.

  4. Add an appropriate amount of water and cook briefly, add water starch to thicken it until thick, add a little chili oil to enhance the flavor, and the marinade is completed.

  5. Pour the marinade over the noodles, sprinkle some shredded cucumber on top, stir well and enjoy.
