Blanch the beef slices in boiling water, remove and set aside.

Wash and peel the white radish and cut into small hob pieces; wash and cut the mushrooms into strips; wash and drain the bean sprouts. Cut green onions into small pieces and 5 cloves of garlic into small pieces.

Take a large bowl, add beef slices, mushrooms, onions, garlic, chili powder, fresh soy sauce, mix well.

Put the base oil in the pot, put the ingredients in the large bowl and stir-fry over high heat for 2 minutes.
