Strawberry mousse cake
Overview
Spring is here, and the mood is blooming with the revival of all things. I went to a strawberry picking garden to pick fresh strawberries. The strawberries in the picking garden were twice as expensive as those sold in the market. It’s true that they are expensive. The taste is indeed different and particularly delicious. I had strawberries, so I made a strawberry mousse, decorated with heart-shaped strawberry jelly. The color looked very beautiful, and I felt beautiful even if I didn’t eat it.

-
Strawberries picked in the strawberry field. It tastes amazing. The strawberries sold in our market this season are very bland and not delicious. But this one tastes really good. Clean and remove the stems, add rock sugar powder (white sugar is also acceptable)
-
Add a little water and cook until the strawberries become soft and mushy
-
Strain the strawberries
-
While hot, add gelatine slices to the strawberry liquid and stir thoroughly until the gelatine slices are completely melted
-
Wrap tin foil under the mold, pour in the strawberry liquid, and make the rest into jelly
-
Then put whole strawberries inside and put it in the refrigerator to solidify into jelly. (The jelly mold is 4 inches)
-
Stir the filtered strawberry pulp into a paste with appropriate amount of milk, bring to a boil over low heat, then add gelatine pieces and stir thoroughly,
-
Whipped cream
-
Add half of the whipped cream and stir evenly to form a strawberry mousse
-
Cut the cake into the same heart shape as the mold, slightly smaller than the mold, and put it into the mold
-
Wrap the bottom with tin foil, pour in the strawberry mousse liquid, and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
-
After the mousse liquid has solidified, take out the strawberry jelly and put it on top.
-
Boil milk with rock sugar powder, add gelatine slices, and stir thoroughly until the gelatine slices are completely melted
-
Add the remaining whipped cream to make a mousse.
-
Pour the cream mousse onto the edge of the jelly without covering it, then refrigerate for more than 2 hours
-
When eating, cover the outside of the mold with a hot towel and then remove it from the mold. The delicious and beautiful strawberry mousse is completed, full of love
