Peel the pumpkin and cut into small pieces. Microwave at 600 degrees for 4 minutes.

Add salt and black pepper. Press into a puree and set aside after cooling.

Cut the cheese into squares and set aside.

Divide the pumpkin puree evenly into 5 portions (or 6 portions), then put the cheese inside and shape into a round shape. (Try to put it in the middle)

Break the bread crumbs into pieces with your hands.

Separate the egg yolk and white, use the egg yolk and half of the egg white, add salt and black pepper and mix well.

Flour

First roll the pumpkin balls in flour.

Then add it to the egg mixture.

Finally add in the bread crumbs

When ready, deep-fry until the surface turns golden brown and take it out
